When inputting a maintenance request, the process begins with our online FMX maintenance request system. Please note: You will need to log into FMX using your WSD Google credentials. If you need help submitting a request, please visit our Maintenance Request Tutorial for assistance.

This system assists the Maintenance Department when processing requests. Priority will be given based on the following: 1) District needs; 2) urgency of repair; and 3) with minimal interruption to the employee's workday. Any emergency request (i.e., vandalism, pipe burst, roof leak, etc.) will supersede all other pending requests. The Maintenance Department works diligently to ensure all requests are closed within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by the Maintenance Supervisor and Building Principals and/or Supervisors. If you believe your request is not closed in a timely manner, please discuss your concerns with your Building Principal and/or Supervisor.

Please do not call the Maintenance Department and ask for immediate verbal verification, availability, or confirmation. Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received. After you have submitted your request, your request may be routed to a series of approvers within Winlock School District. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email notification.
