What is WSCA?
WCA is a parent, teacher/staff, and community group serving the entire Winlock School District.
WSCA is formerly known as Winlock PTA. It was voted to take our district's PTA and be removed
from the state level to keep funds local. By doing this, the group could no longer refer to themselves as PTA and decided to rename the group "Winlock Student Community Advocates" or "WSCA.
